M.G. Chemicals’ 4185-500ml is a concentrated alkaline liquid formulated to fully strip aqueous dry film. It is used for outer layer resist, strips quickly at very low concentrations and leaves the copper surface clean and free of oxidation. It will break dry films into particles suitable for filtration. This formula has zero VOC content which doesn’t create any air emissions.

Operating Parameters:
Concentration: Dilute one part 4185-500ml to ten parts water
Temperature: Room temp. or warm water
Stripping time: 1-3 minutes
Instructions for use:
- Mix solution in a plastic or glass tray by diluting 1 part of Resist Stripper to 10 parts of water
- Put your Copper/Tin electroplated board into the solution.
- Gently brush your board using M.G. Chemicals Foam Brush (Cat. No. 416-S) or similar.
- The dry film should be fully stripped within 1-3 minutes.
- After completely stripping off the dry film, rinse your board with tap water and dry quickly using hair drier.
