Heat Transfer Fluids Fluorinert liquid FC-84 has excellent thermal conductivity and viscosity performance over a range of temperatures. Its wide liquid range (-95°C to 80°C) makes it useful in an array of thermal management applications. And its high dielectric constant ensures that it will not damage electronic equipment in the event of a leak or other failure.
